Where is my shipment?
Shipments that were sent with regular airmail can unfortunately not be tracked. Ifthe goods have been sent by courier or by post as express or registeredmail, you have received from us or the courier service a number for theshipment and you can track the shipment on the Internet:
Fedex (Tracking number has 12 digits)

UPS (Tracking Number starts with 1Z followed by 16 digits):

DHL (Tracking Number has 10 digits):

Airmail/registered and Airmail/Express (Tracking Number starts with two letters, followed by 9 digits and ends with DE):
